Of course I have no objection to any individual saving the occasional image onto
their private PC for a few days for their own personal enjoyment. Stuff is saved
onto your PC temporarily as part of web browsing anyway.
Unfortunately there are people who take text, photographs and videos, upload and
publish them elsewhere and who attempt to download and store the entire website.
So this is really aimed at them.
