Well, there's good news and bad news...
The good news is that I had a nice quiet and enjoyable Christmas. I hope you had
fun too.
On Christmas Day I cooked a big turkey, which I had with roast potatoes, brussel
sprouts, cauliflower etc. Followed by Christmas pudding with brandy butter.
And, as I got digital television just before the holiday, I've been enjoying life
as a multi-channel household!
The bad news is that my camcorder stopped working on Christmas Day as I took some
pics for this page. I use the camcorder to run the webcam, so I don't know where
I go from here...
I have a little PC camera, but the quality in ordinary room lighting at night
(when I tend to be on camera) is so poor that it really isn't worth bothering
with. Plus I can't move it more than six feet from the PC. So no more kitchen
shots :-(
I don't have the money to buy a new camcorder at the moment. I'm saving. And,
as I've mentioned before, this site doesn't bring in any money.
Not sure how I can continue with this without daily pictures -- they're my favourite
part.
