I had a fun birthday with mum and dad yesterday. We had lunch together, then went
to buy my breadmaker -- heralding a new era of fresh daily bread!
We tried it out last night and I'm so impressed with it. I left the first 'test'
loaf for mum and dad. In fact they thought it was so marvellous that they may
buy one for themselves.
Here's my second attempt...
Besides the great tasting bread, I particularly like the fact that there's almost
no washing up to do. No sticky mixing bowl and no flour on the work surfaces and
floor. Just the tin that you can see here, which is removable, and almost nothing
sticks to it. The machine itself stays clean because you put all the ingredients
into the tin before putting that inside.
