A full rainbow appeared across the landscape at the back of the house. I set up the webcam but, after a while, I realised I hadn't turned it on! And by then the rainbow had gone.

But would you believe, a few minutes later it came back and then stayed for almost three hours, moving slowly across to the east? I've never known one last for so long.









It must be something to do with the landscape around here, the air currents, hills and being near the sea. Often we get spectacular sunsets too.
