Ahhhh! Spring is definitely on the way. I can feel it in the air :-) The daffodils
and crocuses were out as I walked into town with my friend Miss Noodle.
Miss Noodle is getting a divorce, so I went with her to hand in the application
form at the Crown Court.
Two weeks ago the advertising company Commission Junction declared my website
'obscene' and said I could no longer advertise the adult gay magazines (such as
'Unzipped') that they promote. Figure that out... I can't.
I think it's probably a scam to get out of paying me what they owe me. Especially
as they didn't say anything for months, until the week before the first cheque
was due. Odd that... But we shall see.
Anyway, the point is, despite me having such a scurrilous website, somehow
I've managed to avoid ever visiting the Crown Court building before. So, it was
a new experience for me.
As you go in, there's a scary amount of security and, once inside, a lot of
people in track suits wandering about. It reminded me of an episode of Trisha
(Britain's answer to Jerry Springer).
We decided to take a photo as we left. Everyone has photos at the beginning
of their marriage. So why not at the end? And I know it was a happy day for Miss
Noodle.
We celebrated with coffee and gorgeous sticky pastries at Kendals department
store...
Miss N. got custody of two of their four cats, not including this vicious fluffy one.
