OK there's going to be some major cooking going on. But before I begin, let me
stick up some of these cards. My mum sends me one every weekend, Often with some
kind of cute or silly animal picture on it. She knows I love cats :-)
One of the things I don't much like about pumpkins is the preparation. Peeling
and then scooping out all the slippery seeds. Of course you can roast those if
you're so inclined. But I tend to throw them away.
I'm also cooking a fried chicken and green chilli curry and a potato curry. Enough
for four meals in all (the good ol' freezer). There are so many variations of
potato curry. This one has corriander and green chillies in it.
A dream sequence? No -- the kettle boiling and misting up the camera lens!
