 My
site is three years old today. Here's how it looked back in 1999.
I'm making a few changes... The Daily Gallery and Journal is staying here on Badpuppy.
But later this week everything else will move over to my own hosting and domain
at GarySevenUK.com.
Moving all of the pages and checking everything still works is quite a job, which
I expect will take me a day or two to complete. The trick is doing it without
lots of disruption to visitors. However, in the end, things shouldn't look too
different and the two sections should integrate pretty well.
The other ongoing job is changing most pages over to the wider page format that
I've been using here in the Journal for the last few months. These days most people
have their screen resolution set to 800x600 or greater, so I'm designing the pages
for that, rather than 640x480.
Anyway, I'm feeling rather excited about the whole thing. I have lots of ideas
for new features and things I want to try in the New Year.
