Today I 'threw the switch' and began hosting the Daily Journal and Gallery on
my paid-for web-hosting, along with the rest of my site. I moved the other pages
last Christmas and it has been a big success.
I'm grateful to Badpuppy
for the free-hosting that they're provided over the last few years. Hosting your
own site used to be relatively expensive. Now it's cheap and, these days, the
restrictions that come with any type of free-hosting usually outweigh the advantages.
However I'm hoping I'll be able to keep some kind of presence on Badpuppy,
as I 've had a site with them since 1997. Maybe some preview pages for this site
or a monthly cam capture gallery.
