Ugh -- I
think I've got the flu. It's been hanging about since Christmas, gradually wearing
me down and now, after a tiring week, it has struck.
I've got a sore throat and I'm shivering -- though that only comes on badly when
I go into a cold room. I slept over 12 hours yesterday. Luckily I don't need to
go out this week, for either work or shopping, so I can stay snug indoors.
Mind you, I think the whole flu thing has been exaggerated by the media -- both
in the UK and abroad.
Still, I always feel amazingly creative when I have a cold -- I got loads of good
stuff done today. Check out the new feature on how to set-up your

Umm, I always feel dead horny when I'm ill too!
Free Internet
A while back I mentioned that British Telecom was being forced to provide flat-rate
'phone charges for Internet access. There is further good news in that the Internet
Servicer Provider X-Stream is now giving free access on a free 0800 number 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Which is quite incredible....
The bad news is that it's difficult to get on during the day, but not after midnight.
I already lead a nocturnal lifestyle and this is going to be enough to get me
onto a complete night-shift!
But, anything that reduces my £50 ($85) a month call bill for the 'net must
be good news.
